X-ray System for Refractories
"Dantan" X-Ray Inspection System for Refractories consists of X-ray detector, image intensifier (or line array, flat panel imager), image processing system, multi-axis detection platform and lead protection room.
The system has adopted a combination of standardized and personalized design concepts. Featuring compact size, high degree of integration, excellent image clarity, easy and user-friendly operation. By utilizing of high-frequency high-voltage and digital control technology, the system is especially suitable for static or dynamic non-destructive testing of loose, porosity, slag and other defects occurred in refractory materials, non-metallic materials and low-density alloy pieces.
